Wow, I absolutely love the cover of Assurance – it’s so eye-catching! It’s a nice book I really hope there’s a trailer for the book too. Huge thanks to the author for bringing this story to life in such an amazing way!
Thank you for your comments. I have considered the matter of a trailer many times. Images are wonderful. Sometimes they are hard to find or are protected by copyright laws. If we are blessed to provide some you can be sure we’ll post it on YouTube.
Blessings.
I’m sure whatever you decide to do with the trailer, it will be just as captivating as the cover! I’ll definitely keep an eye out on YouTube if one gets posted. Wishing you continued success with Assurance – it’s a fantastic story!
T.C. Hood’s I’ve Grown Accustomed to My Fat: Poems About People, Places, and Puzzles offers a poignant and thought-provoking reflection on contemporary American life. From the beauty of nature to the complexities of human experiences—whether in libraries, fields, or places of worship—this collection captures the diverse realities of the 21st century. The exploration of themes like faith, health, and societal struggles makes it a compelling read. It’s also fantastic that an audiobook version is available, making the work more accessible to a wider audience. Salute to the author for bringing these stories to life in multiple formats!
Hi This is Richard Kent from England, I love what you have shared. Poetry Books are the best books
Dear Richard,
I am glad that you are enjoying the poetry books. For me it is an opportunity to express themes that that deserve fuller consideration but I may not have the time to do that at the moment. Another possibility is that the time in history is just not quite right to bring a thought to completion and so it remains not quite there at the end of a particular poem. For readers of poetry it is a challenge for them to think further about the topic. Perhaps they will write a poem on a similar topic that completes the thought.
I completely understand your perspective on poetry as a medium for exploring themes that may require more time and reflection. It’s fascinating how a poem can leave some thoughts open-ended, inviting readers to engage with the material on a deeper level. That interplay between the poet’s intention and the reader’s interpretation can spark a dialogue that might not have been possible otherwise. I love the idea that someone might take inspiration from your work to create their own piece, bridging that gap and expanding on the themes you’ve introduced. It’s a beautiful cycle of creativity.
I want also to see the trailer of ASSURANCE, The Goffman Course, and Circumstances, Conundrums, and Commoners.
Good Job and High Quality, I Salute you
I recently finished “I’ve Grown Accustomed to My Fat,” and I was deeply moved by the breadth and depth of your collection. The book’s exploration of obesity and its impact felt particularly relevant and insightful. You’ve captured the nuances of this experience with sensitivity and honesty. To ensure this powerful collection reaches the widest possible audience, I strongly recommend exploring an online publicity campaign. A well-executed strategy can significantly amplify the book’s reach and allow more readers to connect with your profound and thought-provoking work.
I got my hands on both the original and new editions of Assurance, along with I’ve Grown Accustomed to My Fat, and honestly? I’m obsessed. Every poem and verse hits deep—it’s raw, emotional, and just so beautifully written.
Mr. Hood’s work has been such a huge inspiration. His words have this way of making you feel seen, and they’ve definitely pushed me to keep chasing my own goals. I can’t wait to see what he puts out next! Fingers crossed Assurance gets the attention it deserves—maybe even a book trailer? More people need to experience the magic of these books!
Hoping for more books like “The Goffman Course”, good work of literature
I recently acquired both the previous and new editions of “Assurance,” and I am utterly amazed. The emotions and passions embedded in each poem and verse are profoundly moving. As an aspiring poet, Mr. Hood has been a tremendous source of inspiration, driving me to pursue my own dreams and goals with determination. Listening to Mr. Hood’s radio interview with Rick Braton was equally captivating; hearing about his passion, triumphs, and tribulations left me in awe.
I eagerly await the release of his next literary masterpiece and hope a trailer for “Assurance” will be unveiled soon. It’s essential that more people discover and cherish these beloved books! It needs more of well-deserved attention!

“Assurance” is a powerful and thought-provoking collection that beautifully explores the delicate balance between faith and doubt, hope and despair, love and hate. Each piece resonates deeply, offering readers both comfort and introspection as they navigate their own personal struggles. The themes are universal yet intimately personal, making this work both relatable and inspiring. A truly moving read!

I wish for continued success and greater recognition for your books in the industry. I can’t wait to read the rest of your other books. They are truly worthy of recommendation.
Candice,
Thank you so much for your response. I am continuing to write. But it may be next year before I release more of my poetry.
Since poetry is my first love, I expect to release more in the future.
If you had particular poems or thoughts that captured your attention, I would love to hear which ones they were.
As your fan Mr. Hood, I must express how deeply moved I am by your poetry. In the Faith section, “Lost in the Woods” resonated with me on such a personal level. For the Hope section, “The Cross Dresser” was absolutely captivating, and in the Love section, “The Tempo of Compassion” was nothing short of breathtaking. The way you weave emotion and meaning into your verses is truly remarkable. Your book, “Assurance” is indeed an excellent poetry.
I can easily envision your book coming to life, perhaps as a dynamic visual experience with narration and an evocative musical backdrop. Having such video for your poetry books would undoubtedly captivate audiences.
As a fan, I would be overjoyed if there’s an opportunity for you to have an interview, whether on radio or television. It would be an incredible privilege to hear directly from you about your creative process and the inspiration behind your amazing work. I can’t wait for you to do more for your book, “Assurance”. I’m hoping to see to you do the suggestions I have. I look forward to it. Be blessed.
I Like the way of the advertisement that was made for this, I want to see some interviews in TV or Radio. I want to hear from the educator itself why He made this.
